Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud infrastructure provider. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Database records including memory notes and account information are stored in a managed database with access controls.

4.2 Access Controls

Your memories — including photos and notes — are private and accessible only to you and your invited partner. No other users, and no Ever Us staff, have access to your content except where required to provide technical support at your request or to comply with legal obligations.

4.3 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and access-controlled cloud storage. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With your partner: Memories you add to your shared timeline are visible to your invited partner.
• Service providers: We use Supabase for infrastructure services. These providers process data solely on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for the purpose of improving the Service.
